Each pendant comes in a decorative organza pouch, and has been wrapped in anti-tarnish tissue paper. It is recommended that you store your pendant in the provided tissue paper and zip-top baggie, to help prevent the Sterling Silver from tarnishing if you won’t be wearing it for a while.

Gaspeite is a rather rare nickel magnesium iron carbonate with a hardness of about 3. It's name is derived from the location where it was first discovered -- the Gaspe peninsula of Quebec, Canada.
