All packages are shipped via USPS, unless special arrangements have been made.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours M-F.
APO and FPO address welcome! We'll gladly ship packages to Military Mail addresses. Depending on changes to the current USPS postal rules, restrictions or extra costs could occur. Tracking is NOT available for Military Mail items at this time, but Delivery Confirmation can be used.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Shipping prices to international locations will be determined AFTER your order is placed.
The BUYER is responsible for ALL TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES on purchased items. Item price will be declared as the final sale price. International shipments will not be marked as a "gift" unless the buyer is located within the US.

Please be aware that some countries have item specific mailing procedures concerning insurance & shipping methods... especially regarding jewelry items. These can sometimes directly affect your shipping rates.

Should your shipment be refused, you will be refunded the entire payment amount.

Backorders & Discontinued Items:
While we try to keep the most popular items in-stock at all times, occasionally items will need to be placed on backorder. We will fill your order as quickly as possible, and in some cases may separate your order into 2 shipments.
Backorders are usually filled between 3 - 28 days, depending on the time of year & the manufacturers minimum order requirements. Many manufacturers are raising their minimum order amounts as a result of increasing shipping costs.
If an item is discontinued, you will be notified & given the option to receive a refund or exchange.
